First Wednesday
It's the build your own practice class! I'll be bringing handouts and we'll talk about how to plan a class just right for your own yoga needs.
Props are provided but you might want to bring along a pen for note taking. We'll have a full class in addition to the planning session and as always, we'll end with relaxation and breath work in a comfortable sitting posture.
Allow you body to experience relaxation and your mind to take a break. Practice begins at 6 pm this Monday, February 2! Hope to see you there!
