With sadness I am announcing the last yoga class at Dream Mecca is this Wednesday, September 11, 2013. It has been a great 4 years of teaching but it is time to move on. Dream Mecca will fill this slot with something fabulous, I am sure and I will move on to teaching in Homewood at the Homewood Senior Center. It will be basically the same class, so not a senior class at all, although seniors are welcome.
Classes will be gentle and focus on learning yoga tools to make daily living more joyful, comfortable and focused.
Classes begin at the HSC on September 18th at 6pm so come on out and get your om on!
