Wednesday night yoga at the Gallery!

Yoga for daily living will return to Dream Mecca Wednesday, May 8th. We'll be exploring yoga applications that can be put into practice throughout our busy days, from work related issues to stress relief and help with sleep.

Each class will feature breathing work, or pranayama as well as a brief period of focused sitting as an introduction to meditation.

Come wearing comfortable clothing you can easily move in and with an empty stomach. Classes last one hour and are gently to moderately challenging and are suitable for beginners as well as intermediate students.
